地雷一:以為「全配套」等於「全適用」。許多廠商提供的套裝組合,其實包含了你近三年都不會用到的配件,卻缺少了你第一天就需要的耗材備量。採購前請明確列出「第一年的實際使用清單」,而非廠商推薦清單。
Mistake #1: Assuming "full package" means "fully applicable." Many vendor bundles include accessories you won't touch for three years, while omitting the consumable inventory you'll need on day one. Before purchasing, build your own "Year 1 actual usage list" — don't rely on the vendor's recommended configuration.
地雷二:忽略耗材的後續成本。某些儀器的本體售價看起來合理,但原廠耗材的年度成本可以超過儀器本體的 30%。請務必要求廠商提供「5 年總持有成本(TCO)」試算,而不只是首年採購價。
Mistake #2: Ignoring consumable lifecycle costs. Some instruments are priced attractively upfront, but annual OEM consumables can exceed 30% of the instrument cost. Always request a 5-year Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) estimate, not just the Year 1 purchase price.
地雷三:沒有要求 Demo 就下訂。儀器的手感、操作介面、與你現有樣品的相容性,都是規格表看不出來的。任何超過 NT$50 萬的儀器,都應該要求實際操作你自己的樣品。
Mistake #3: Ordering without a hands-on demo. Tactile feel, UI ergonomics, and compatibility with your specific samples cannot be assessed from a spec sheet. For any instrument above USD $15,000, insist on running your own samples during evaluation.
地雷四:沒有確認原廠保固的實際條款。「一年保固」在不同廠商的定義差異極大——有些涵蓋到府維修,有些只包含零件不含工資,有些還要求年度保養才維持效力。請要求白紙黑字的 Service Agreement。
Mistake #4: Not clarifying actual warranty terms. "One-year warranty" means vastly different things across vendors — some cover on-site repair, some cover parts only, some require annual PM to remain valid. Always get the Service Agreement in writing before signing.
地雷五:低估安裝現場的環境需求。許多精密儀器對溫濕度、振動、電力品質有嚴格要求。等儀器到了才發現實驗室環境不符規格,輕則影響數據品質,重則損及保固效力。安裝前請向廠商索取「現場環境需求規格書」。
Mistake #5: Underestimating site environmental requirements. Precision instruments often have strict requirements for temperature, humidity, vibration, and power quality. Discovering a non-compliant lab environment after delivery can compromise data quality and void warranties. Request the site environmental specification sheet before installation.
